Joseph Thomas Plummer

Joe Plummer is an economist and author. He is an alumnus of Virginia Tech and Babson College with graduate degrees in Business, Education, and Natural Resources. When he's not writing, he is exploring the great outdoors with his two dogs, Buddy and Grizzly.
