Helen Daniel

I’m Helen Daniel, author and founder of Outside The Box Sensory.

Helen is a trained teacher; she has a masters in progressive autism studies and worked as an autism trainer and mentor. Helen is also a late-diagnosed neurodivergent adult.

Helen educates around Neurosensory Divergence, the connection between neuro and sensory profiles. She discusses how this creates divergent communication acquisition, pattern spotting and learning profiles, which feed into neurodivergent traits.

Helen wants to empower parents and society as a whole to better understand ND children's natural requirements while acknowledging and supporting their challenges and celebrating their brilliance.
