Janice Alpert

I am a licensed clinical therapist, podcast host(On Purpose), as well as a a published author. I have done countless speaking engagements and media appearance including three on OPRAH. I have worked with individuals, couples and families helping all to navigate the often challenging aspects of life, love, self esteem, and relationships. Whether anxiety, depression, weight issues, or asking the deeper question: what’s the meaning of life especially mine, I am on the journey with clients and my readers to offer new insight and a shift in perspective that leads to healing. I believe the deeper answers lie within all of us. After forty years, I am happy to report I still love what I do and do it with passion and purpose. I live in the Chicago, love to travel, read, and watch Great TV. I am happily married with children and grandchildren I adore.
