Hans Stadler

Hans Stadler, who writes here... Avi Tausendlum is the working title Hans uses for his works as a writer and artist.

Born in the Drau city of Villach and raised in the valleys Seen- and Gegendtal of Carinthia, Hans Stadler tirelessly wanders the world as a modern nomad. His profession as a merchant and his unquenchable desire to travel early expanded his horizons and cultural circles. Two decades ago, he came to Japan, where he found a second home in Yokohama. The ignition for his literary work was a revelation from his DNA test and the impact of a mystical, remarkably large bamboo forest, which encloses some inhabited wooden huts and is located in a thoroughly urban area in Kanagawa.
