GJ Wielinga

GJ Wielinga (1971) grew up amid cows and churches in Northeast Friesland. He has been living and working in Amsterdam since 1992. In addition to being a writer, Wielinga is also an artist and campaigner. In his writing he explores his own life as a man who has sex with other men and dives deep into the romantic, philosophical and moral outlines society puts on men like him.
