Russell Welch

Dr. Russell Welch is a pastor, prophetic scholar, and apostolic reformer with nearly thirty years of ministry experience. His work integrates biblical studies, historical analysis, and spiritual formation to address themes of identity, cultural conflict, and spiritual warfare. Dr. Welch has served across diverse contexts—including street outreach, addiction recovery programs, regional healing rooms, and international leadership development—equipping believers to think critically and lead with spiritual authority. As founder of several ministry and publishing initiatives, he has helped establish and mentor more than a hundred house fellowships globally. Commissioned in 2022 as an Apostolic Teacher, he began producing theological and prophetic works that strengthen the Church and challenge contemporary religious structures. He resides in Jacksonville, Florida with his wife, Emelie “Millette” Welch, where they lead a congregation committed to biblical fidelity, discipleship, and Kingdom renewal.
