Donald Macpherson

I was born in Scotland, lived in Canada for twenty years, became a Canadian citizen and have dual nationality, I was a Captain in the Canadian Army Reserves and experienced life and work in different fields of Accountancy. This included being a Factory Cost Accountant, Financial Planning Manager for VW (Canada) Ltd. A Financial Adviser and establishing my own Financial Services Business. I was also a Sub- Postmaster and Assistant Manager of a Crofters and Farmers Association as well as establishing a Candle Manufacturing Business and having a Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management. I co-built eight houses with my wife, sold six and we operated two as a self - catering business. Lastly, I was also a chicken farmer (Sixty Hens).
