His milestones include founding the IT Guys information technology company in 2001, pioneering HYPE! Media (the Caribbean's first Digital Marketing Agency) in 2012, and shaping INFLUENCER ISLAND (the region's first Influencer Marketing Agency) in 2018.

In 2022, Michael ventured into Life Coaching, setting the stage for the 2023 launch of MAVERICK SOUL, a company focused on training, coaching, and publishing. Its aim: To empower individuals for uncommon personal and business success by transcending the common sense.
