Kirsten E. Klug is a designer, educator, and author who has spent more than three decades exploring how people communicate, learn, and grow. Known for blending research with real-world creativity, she has taught in classrooms, led university courses, coached athletes, and developed curriculum used by schools, nonprofits, and health organizations.
Her early work supported farmers, electric-vehicle pioneers, and urban-development leaders, and she later created Healthy & Fun Choices®, a whole-health learning approach that helps people of all ages understand themselves, their choices, and their communities.
Kirsten writes from a deeply lived place—whether she is integrating stories that expand our thinking or sharing moments that help us laugh a little more, even when life is tough. She also brings the depth of lived experience: navigating aphasia, a traumatic brain injury, chronic migraines, 30 surgeries, anxiety, and chronic pain. Her work invites others to communicate bravely—even imperfectly—and to discover resilience, connection, and joy one intentional choice at a time.
