George E. Boyer

George E. Boyer is a prolific and distinguished author whose remarkable life has inspired the 22 books he has written to date. At 91 years young, George continues to share stories shaped by courage, conviction, and a deep love for God, family, and country.

Born in Terre Haute, Indiana, George earned his Associate of Science (A.S.) degree from Monterey Peninsula College in California. His life of service is equally extraordinary: he served with the 77th Special Forces Group, Airborne, and later with the 5th, 6th, and 7th Groups. A life member of the Special Operations Association, the Korean War Veterans Association, and the Military Order of the Purple Heart, George spent 88 months overseas across 11 countries while faithfully serving the United States. He is VA-rated and 100% disabled, a testament to the sacrifices he made in defense of freedom.

George’s writing reflects the heart of a man who has lived deeply and fully—capturing themes of love, family, faith, loss, and the realities of war. His gift with words earned him the Editor’s Choice Award for poetry, and his stories continue to touch readers with truth and authenticity.

For 60 years, George has been married to Geneva Priest. Together they raised three daughters and built a legacy grounded in devotion and strength. George currently resides in Laurinburg, North Carolina, where he continues to write, reflect, and inspire.
