Arnauld de Nadaillac

Arnauld de Nadaillac is a French expert with more than 35 years of experience in people development across 14 countries.

As a consultant or trainer, he implements learning and development programs in companies from managerial to worker levels and strengthens national vocational education and training systems for governments.

He believes that, in the knowledge economy, it is easy to find "what we need to implement" but the challenge is "how to implement in order to adapt to the local context and culture". This vision guides his interventions.

Based in Thailand for the past 28 years, he has worked for a large variety of partners and customers including international organizations (UNESCO, International Labour Organization, Asian Development Bank), cooperation agencies from various countries (France, Germany, Switzerland, UK), as well as large companies and SMEs from all sectors.
