Kathryn Murrell

I’m an independent speech and language therapist based in Petts Wood, Kent (UK) with 35 years of clinical experience, after having graduated from UCL in Speech Sciences in 1988 and completing a Masters in Human Communication, including a research project focussed on speech sound analysis. My specific interest in CAS has grown over the years and the book, ‘Working with Childhood Apraxia of Speech’, is the result of considerable clinical work in this field alongside a passion for following all the latest research on speech sound disorder. Recently, I have spent more time writing and presenting at conferences, whilst keeping my clinical work going in schools and in my clinic at home.
