Nate Blum lifelong lover of comic books. He believes in the power of comics to share stories that can change the world.

In addition to writing Sorgho Squad, Nate is founder of Sorghum United, an international organization dedicated to transforming global food systems via sorghum, an ancient, delicious grain that can tackle multiple problems: global hunger, water scarcity, climate change and more.

Working with farmers, food producers and food experts in Nebraska, around the US and around the world, Blum brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his storytelling.

He hopes the Sorgho Squad inspires readers to think of new solutions to global problems!
