I am from the Marche region, raised in a land where history, culture and nature coexist with a grace that leaves its mark. Perhaps this is why I have always had the habit of observing everything: what I see, what I hear, the emotions that run through me and those I perceive in others.
I write everything down, every day, like a silent ritual that helps me bring order to the world and to myself. Over time, those pages have turned into stories, reflections, poems, analyses, true stories. A whole life translated into words.
My training began in the technical field, was reinforced during military service and further refined through small forensic assignments. But it was in the civil aviation sector that the real turning point came: I encountered Crew Resource Management and the principles of human resource management applied to civil and commercial aviation. It was there that I understood how much human behavior can influence safety, collaboration and people's quality of life.
More recently, I have complemented this vision with academic studies in psychology, which have broadened my perspective and enriched my tools for understanding human beings.
I write about everything that crosses my mind: from the mechanisms of the mind to the fear of flying, from ways to communicate better to paths to change oneself. I have done so by collaborating on texts such as "Shadow Work Journal and Workbook for Adult Women", written with Sophie Helen, and in more personal works such as "Elixir for a Long and Happy Life", born from deep convictions later confirmed by studies and research. "How to talk to anyone in every situation" began between Dubai and the olive trees of my home in Porto Germeno, Greece.
The bestseller "How to Win the Flying Fear", on the other hand, was born from a gesture I have never forgotten: a frightened passenger who gave up her flight, disrupting her family's plans. At that moment, I realised how much a word, a method or a helping hand can change more than we imagine.
I write and publish spontaneously, with the simple and sincere intention not to change the world, but to lighten life a little. This lightness has attracted tens of thousands of readers and led to dozens of books that I have decided to give away. I firmly believe that “writing about life” should not be sold but shared. That's why I prefer self-publishing: it allows my readers to access my books at the lowest possible cost.
An airline pilot, psychology enthusiast and great lover of nature, I live a lively, perhaps unconventional, but certainly authentic life. I often say that I'm on the wrong planet, but at least I've realised it.
Everything I do is inspired by my two children and the power of the three elements that I feel closest to: water, earth and sky.
I believe that happiness comes from the awareness that we can face any problem that life throws at us.
My motto? ‘Don't be ready, be prepared.’
