Chris Kubecka is a decorated U.S. Air Force aviator and Space Command veteran, founder and CEO of HypaSec, and an internationally recognized authority on cyberwarfare, OSINT, and emerging technologies. She helped restore operations at Saudi Aramco after one of the largest cyberattacks in history and has advised governments, militaries, and institutions worldwide on cyber defence, AI, and critical infrastructure protection. Her OSINT research on the Panama Papers law firm was later cited in a U.S. federal court case on corruption and state secrets. During Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, she coordinated OSINT-driven evacuations that guided thousands to safety. Her investigative work includes exposing vulnerabilities in Boeing’s 737 MAX systems and serving as a whistleblower. A former Distinguished Chair at the Middle East Institute, she was recruited to the U.S. Defense Science Board for generative AI and cyberwarfare.
