Norma S. Williams

Award winning entrepreneur, business woman, inspirational speaker, and mother are just a few titles that describe Norma Williams, a woman who became a single mother at the age of 22 and defied the odds by making a difference in her immediate and surrounding communities. She is President/Owner of Norma S. Williams, Interiors, Excellence by Design, a contracting company and a women's ministry called the JOYest Woman, all headquartered in northwest IN. Norma’s vision of creating career opportunities for other women was the founding principle in launching Excellence by Design in 2005. She has mentored countless single mothers and women while teaching them an important trade. In addition to being a successful entrepreneur, Norma provides life coaching and guidance to unwed mothers and divorced women by facilitating daily coaching sessions into her ‘girls’ work days. Ms. Williams graduated from Cross Bible College in 2008 and is a sought after speaker and has provided keynotes for several women’s conferences. From TEDx to St. Mary's College of Notre Dame, her vision is to see confident, assured and self-reliant women realize their dreams. Her central message revolves around women learning to love themselves and developing self-esteem to fulfill their purposes.
