Kathy George, MS, CMHC, is a Trauma-Informed Leader in Nervous System Health and the Founder of Reclaiming Hope Coach. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and advanced certifications in grief education and trauma-informed coaching. Her work focuses on grief, nervous system regulation, and identity restoration for high-capacity women who have lived in survival mode for too long.
After the sudden death of her son and her own experience with illness and medical trauma, Kathy witnessed how push-through culture embeds survival patterns in the body long after crisis ends. She immersed herself in trauma training and nervous system science to understand how protective patterns can safely release. She is the co-author of Tapestry of Loss: A Family’s Path to Healing and Hope. Today, she helps women recalibrate from braced survival to regulated, capacity-based living, building spaces where healing unfolds from safety and choice.
