Carrie Hruby

Dr. Carrie Hruby has been a superintendent or assistant superintendent for almost 20 years. She currently serves as the superintendent of O’Fallon School District 90 in O’Fallon, Illinois. As a co-creator of the first female superintendent cohort in Illinois, Carrie is passionate about empowering, elevating, and celebrating women in leadership. She serves as a consultant to school districts in her role as an associate for Educational Leadership Solutions, guiding districts in strategic planning and executive searches. Carrie has published numerous journal articles on the topic of leadership and presented at conferences on the topics of women in leadership, finance, fiscal responsibility, and legislative advocacy.
