Although I’ve spent much of my career in mental health and crisis intervention, I’ve always been interested in how sociocultural and political changes intersect with Christianity. I believe that before another Great Awakening can happen, the Church must make itself right before God and experience its own revival.

I’m a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-S) in the State of Ohio and am a crisis therapist. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from Mount Vernon Nazarene University, a Master of Social Work degree from West Virginia University, and, although not currently enrolled, completed several doctoral-level courses in clinical psychology from Regent University. I have also been afforded other exclusive educational opportunities, including attending the Focus Leadership Institute at the Focus on the Family headquarters in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and learning from leading experts in Christian worldview formation.

I’ve been actively involved in church and ministry opportunities since childhood, specifically involving music and short-term mission work throughout the United States and abroad. As a classically trained vocalist, I was blessed to have traveled with the Celebrant Singers, an internationally recognized music ministry, spreading the Good News of the Gospel through song across the United States and Venezuela.

Despite all this, my highest calling is to be a devoted husband and father. I live with my wife and daughter in North Central Ohio.
