Mark Kinet

Mark Kinet is a psychiatrist, psychotherapist and psychoanalyst. He was the medical director of a psychiatric hospital (1993-2010), head of its clinical psychotherapy program (1991-2023) and has been in private psychoanalytic practice since 2008 (Sint-Martens-Latem, Belgium). He authored or edited 30+ Dutch-language books on psychiatry, psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, neuropsychoanalysis and culture topics. He is the chief editor of the series Psychoanalytisch Actueel (podcast: Current Psychoanalysis), which has published 40+ books since its launch in 2005. He authored 6 books at Routledge.
