Eric Maxwell

Eric Maxwell, widely known as "Max," is a dedicated husband and loving father of three. He is also a decorated combat veteran and retiring Marine Raider with a 20-year career in Special Operations. Eric has served as an advisor to some of the most senior military special operations, government, and political leaders worldwide, where his proven leadership and relentless drive for innovation have led to strategic effects within national objectives. He has a Bachelor of Science in organizational leadership and is currently pursuing his master’s in industrial and organizational psychology. He is a certified Master Professional Coach and a lead author coach for Pen Crown Publishing. He is the CEO of Visir Consulting LLC, with a mission to "shape happy humans and forge inspirational servant leaders to redefine the workforce culture." He is also the Founder of the #VisirRising movement, whose goal is to bring awareness to employee wellness and forever enhance the employee experience.
