Harriet Cobb – Bio

Harriet is a native Kentuckian. She is a resident of Memphis, Tennessee for 39 years.

Being a pilot’s wife, she has traveled extensively in the USA, Europe, the Middle East, and on occasion to South America in her 42 years of marriage. In 2018, she spent three weeks traveling Alaska and Canada for her 40th wedding anniversary. She has lived and worked in England and the Middle East. Upon returning stateside in 1983, she and her husband began raising 3 boys. Between church commitments, Scouting, and kids' sports year-round, there was a lot of schedule juggling. Harriet ran a custom home-based cake business for 28 years.

Missing out on many family events due to business commitments allowed her to truly appreciate the small things in life when they occurred around her. These small things were written down and held for a calmer time in her life. With the passing of her husband and the closing of her business, Harriet has time to be creative on another level, sharing the stories that touched her heart during childrearing and daily life. She hopes you will enjoy the stories, although she sometimes admits literary license.
