Emily V Nielsen

Author and illustrator, Emily Nielsen is a mother of three beautiful children and two angels. Undeterred by the challenges of traditional publishing, she paved her own path, embracing every learning opportunity along the way. In the span of four years, she wrote, illustrated, and self published four unique titles including treasures such as When a Dragon has a Cold and A Beautiful Girl.

What started out as bedtime stories at all hours of the night, has transformed into a blossoming career. Emily’s desire to spread positivity, fun, and a love of reading has pushed her to pursue a dream she never imagined was possible.

When she’s not dreaming up new stories, Emily enjoys creating memories with her family. Her children love to contribute their ideas for illustrations and be her guinea pigs for stories in the making.
