This world is so complex that I can only make sense of it through stories.

Sometimes I think I’ve written all these children’s and young adult books just to explain to myself what living really means.

I was born in La Mancha, earned degrees in Philosophy and Theology, and over fifteen years ago life brought me to England, where I’ve lived ever since.

I love reading, traveling, and exercising. I suffocate if I’m not in touch with nature. That’s what my books are about—and also about what goes on in my head when I spend hours with myself, wandering through the worlds I’ve been lucky enough to know.

Do I have a few short story awards? Yes, a few.

Have I published through traditional publishing, co-publishing, and self-publishing? That too.

But you’d be closer to the truth if you said I keep a bunch of stories, adventures, and shameless imitations of authors and countries I’ve known, stored away in some forgotten folder on my computer.
