Christine Davis Ross is a writer, board-certified health and wellness coach, and lifelong explorer of what it means to live truthfully.
Raised in Utah and now living in Hawai‘i, Christine writes about identity, faith, grief, family, self-discovery, and the complicated beauty of being human. Her work explores the quiet unraveling that happens when the life we’ve built no longer fits, and the courage it takes to stop performing, begin listening to ourselves, and choose a life that feels true.
Her memoir, Beautiful Hell, is an intimate exploration of faith and doubt, suicide loss, cancer, motherhood, awakening, and the long journey back to self-trust. Through deeply personal storytelling, Christine examines what happens when inherited beliefs collide with lived experience, and what can become possible when we finally allow ourselves to question the lives we thought we were supposed to want.
Christine is a board-certified Health and Wellness Coach with a professional background spanning wellness, behavior change, nutrition, mindfulness, movement, yoga, and empowerment coaching. But it is her own lived experience with loss, change, uncertainty, and starting over that most deeply informs her work.
She is also the author of Discover the Adventure of You and Health BEAMS, which explore self-discovery, mindful living, and holistic well-being. She continues these conversations through Radiate Health and Wellness and Beyond Beautiful Hell: Conversations Beyond the Pages.
Christine believes transformation rarely begins with perfection. It begins with honesty—in the quiet moment when we stop abandoning ourselves for belonging and begin telling the truth about our lives.
When she isn’t writing, Christine can usually be found near the ocean, walking with her dog, practicing yoga, gardening, cooking, or spending time with the people she loves most.
