Ben Passman brings a unique blend of broadcasting, military service, business ownership, and recruiting experience to his readers. Ben served in the U.S. Navy prior to entering college, where he won several awards for broadcasting excellence while earning his Communication and Journalism degree from the University of New Mexico.

In 2008, Ben leveraged his skills to transition into talent acquisition, recruiting for various high-growth companies. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Ben expanded his passion for guiding professionals by hosting the podcast “A Peek Behind the Curtain” where he provided weekly job search tips and career insights.

Now Ben helps job seekers transform their trajectories through his revamped podcast “Dream Job Equation” and customized career acceleration programs. Drawing from over a decade of recruiting and HR experience, Ben empowers clients to showcase their value, align with purpose, and secure fulfilling roles.

When he isn’t coaching individuals or speaking at industry events, Ben shares his insider perspective on the modern job search through his blog, and social media.
