Kirstie Rees

Dr Kirstie Rees is a Chartered Educational and Child Psychologist. She is passionate about combining psychological theory and research with pragmatic and accessible approaches that enhance the mental health and promote the progress of children and young people. Her book 'The Mental Health and Wellbeing of Children and Young people with Learning Difficulties: A Guide for Educators' contains a toolkit of assessment and intervention strategies that can be used in schools, nurseries and at home. Kirstie has written a number of published articles in educational and psychology journals and has presented at conferences in the UK and overseas. She also enjoys creating resources to support children and young people. Kirstie lives in Glasgow, Scotland with her family.
