Marcus A. Shealey Born at Southwest Atlanta Community Hospital on June 3, 1977 the youngest of 3. Jumping off the porch in 1989 with neighborhood friend Lil Tony, as the crack epidemic took over the country, his life would never be the same. Making a name for himself in the streets of Atlanta & Decatur Georgia & soon across the country in sports, entertainment, & the streets representing his “hood ties” to McAfee Marktrail Candler Road to the fullest for 2+ decades. A college graduate with an associates in computer engineering & several other certifications he found higher learning to be fun & developed a passion for learning things outside of the street life. Hustlers always think outside of the box, so if you can make it in the streets you can make it in whatever you put your mind to! From flipping houses, entertainment, trucking, interior decor and design, to carpentry! A jack of all trades! But his love for writing didn’t surface until life came to a screeching halt in 2010, as he had to serve a 10 do 3 sentence in a Georgia correctional facility. It was at this time as a 4 time felon facing the 3 strike law on his next conviction, there was no other choice but to make a full legit transition. He spent the vast majority of his time talking to and educating the young men that felt hopeless and wanted to learn how or what they could do to turn their life around. This is where the idea of what you now know today as “Motivation For Today’s Hustlers” came to life and the up and coming 2 part autobiography. He often shares his testimonies to help motivate those following in his footsteps as many of us share some of the same stories. But after having to endure several heartbreaking life events like finding out his first son wasn’t his after 6yrs then spending 3yrs and almost 80k fighting to be a father in a nasty custody case.
