Adam is a writer, coach, podcast host and campaigner
who has a passion for developing others and for
promoting social justice. With almost two decades of
experience in personal development and coaching,
he is committed to empowering people, specifically
women and the LGBTQ+ community, to live more
fulfilling lives by embracing their inner-diva.
FEMALE EMPOWERMENT
Adam was raised around strong women. It’s this
experience that instilled in him a deep sense of
importance about female empowerment and
women’s rights. Today, he is a proud Ambassador
for Broxtowe Women’s Project (BWP), a small but
mighty charity operating from Nottinghamshire that
supports survivors of domestic abuse. BWP provide
a confidential helpline, outreach service, training
courses and drop-in sessions, all aimed at empowering
women.
Adam is also an Ambassador for White Ribbon UK.
Having made the White Ribbon Promise ‘Never to use,
excuse or remain silent against men’s violence towards
women’, Adam helps to create awareness of domestic
abuse related issues and promote the work of both
White Ribbon UK and Broxtowe Women’s Project.
BAREFOOT COACHING
Adam is the Creative Director at Barefoot Coaching,
a world-leading provider of professionally accredited
and university-approved coach training. Having
trained with Barefoot in 2020, Adam is a qualified and
credentialed personal and business coach. Although his
1:1 coaching has taken a backseat in favour of his other
projects and interests, Adam frequently shares the life
changing transformation brought about as a result of
him completing Barefoot’s Postgraduate Certificate
in Personal and Business Coaching. Barefoot has now
trained over 5,500 coaches from all around the world,
and Adam is proud to call himself a ‘Barefooter’.
Adam also hosts the Barefoot Podcast, where he
interviews inspirational people who are making a
difference in the world through their coaching.

ANIMALS
Adam is a passionate supporter of animal welfare
charities and in particular Bliss Cavalier Rescue, a
charity based in the North-East of England that
rescues and re-homes Cavalier King Charles Spaniels
(of which he has two), the vast majority of whom
arrive at the rescue with severe long-term medical
conditions (as is unfortunately typical with the bread)
which require expensive and life-long veterinary care.
THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY
As a proud gay man, Adam is an avid supporter of
LGBTQ+ rights. He supports a number of local and
national projects and works to promote LGBTQ+
inclusion, LGBTQ+ owned businesses and frontline
LGBTQ+ services.
