Terry completed an unrelated book called "Ultimate Playbook For Short-Term Rental Success," where she took in her knowledge as a Sales Executive for one of the nation’s top Property Management/Marketing companies for short-term vacation rentals. With more than four decades of professional experience in the Real Estate Industry, Terry enjoyed sharing her knowledge and expertise with others in what has become known as today’s “saturated” short-term vacation-rental space. Through her personable approach and passionate commitment to assisting others, Terry has succeeded in helping hundreds of property owners and investors in their quest to achieve their personal goals for success as vacation rental owners

Now TERRY BEAN's focus is to help children understand the power within them to create lives that they love. Too many of us grow old disliking and regretting our past decisions. When we empower children and they start to trust themselves, there is more of a possibility that they will grow into kinder more connected adults.

TERRY BEAN is dedicated to making this world a more peaceful place to live in. She has been certified in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming). Terry uses these tools along with many others to help her clients navigate tough conversations.
