Rus’ call to ministry in 1987 was both dramatic and specific. It was a call not only to ministry, but one to encourage, empower, and equip leaders.

Now coming up on 40 years of ministry, Rus’ heart and passion is to connect with the next generation of leaders, to encourage them in all they do along this journey called life and ministry.

“I’ve learned and discovered a few things in the refinement process of trying to walk with God in all I do. Instead of a guy trying to push people along in their spiritual growth, I’m Just a Guy on a Journey with others, trying to discover what it means to be a follower of Jesus, capturing the heart of the Father in all we do.”
