Daniel N. Wilke

Daniel N. Wilke is a Full Professor in Africa's leading Mechanical Engineering Department. His research interests are focused on optimization, generative modeling, and data science utilizing graphical processing units (GPUs). He is passionate about learning and getting students to learn better for their development, confidence, and mental health. He currently serves various roles within his industry, such as the President of the Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (SAAM), the National Chairman of the International Union for Theoretical and Applied Mechanics (IUTAM), and Associate Editor for Computer Modeling in Engineering & Sciences.
