Tom Wyant

Tom is the co-founder and CEO of Wyant Technologies in Traverse City, MI. He started his career in 1994 at the largest privately owned department store in Michigan. In 1996 he moved back to Traverse City, after living there in the mid-80s, and got busy learning the ins and outs of SMB IT. Tom installed the first VoIP system in Traverse City in 2002 and started Wyant Technologies, with his wife and business partner Jan, in 2003. Since opening Wyant Technologies, Tom has built business networks of all sizes, from a single server in an office of 3 people to VMware clusters that service 1200+ employees. For the last 10 years Tom has spent his time helping companies secure their IT systems from ever-evolving threats while assisting companies in streamlining their operations and finding efficiencies in their processes.
