Lonnie Bray EL

is an award-winning writer-filmmaker-educator focused on Wellness through The Art of Three Disciplines: Body, Mind, and Story. Through Kongfu, writing, and filmmaking, Bray EL helps students develop physical discipline, mental clarity, and control of personal narrative. He hosts “Lonnie’s Show,” where wellness is explored through movement, thought, and storytelling—training the body, focusing the mind, and shaping the story one lives by. Bray EL is CEO of the new start-up Film Crew. Through philanthropy, Bray EL serves communities shaped by displacement and resilience. He has received over 50 filmmaking and writing awards and was a featured author at America’s largest book fair (FIL) in 2023. Bray El holds an M. F. A. of Writing, Lindenwood University, M.A. of Communications in Digital and Media Marketing, and a Bachelor’s of Arts in English Magna cum laude, Cleveland State University.
