Michael J. Lavelle, ASA, CFA is a managing director at Appraisal Economics Inc., where he supervises and performs valuations of businesses, business interests, and business assets. He has testified as an expert witness in United States Tax Court, in deposition, and at binding arbitration. He is an adjunct professor of finance at The College of New Jersey, where he received his undergraduate degree on a full academic scholarship.
