Passionate about building long-term client relationships, successful global teams and developing winning capabilities – either organically (e.g., “Factory of the Year") or inorganically (e.g. M&A).

Earned an Industrial Engineering Diploma at the University of Karlsruhe and a PhD at the Institute for Industrial Management Sciences at the University of Duisburg-Essen.

Enthusiastic about travelling with the family, dining out with his wife, watching his three sons playing soccer, running (half-marathons), and meeting (long-time) friends.
