Dr. Jarone Lee, MD, MPH, FCCM is a physician, educator, and co-founder of Health Tech Without Borders, a non-profit NGO that supports humanitarian relief missions through a digital response, such as telemedicine. As an Associate Professor at Harvard Medical School and the Vice-Chief of Critical Care within the Division of Trauma, Emergency Surgery, and Surgical Critical Care at Massachusetts General Hospital, he oversees the intensive care units and trains the next generation of physicians.
Dr. Lee is passionate about improving patient safety, medical education, and public health locally and globally. He serves as a Chief Medical Officer for the MA-1 Disaster Medical Assistance Team and regularly deploys as a federal responder to disasters. Dr. Lee was named one of Boston's most influential AAPI leaders in 2023 by Get Konnected and the Boston Foundation.
