With more than 20 years of combined experience, Samuel Lutz has dedicated almost half of his life to the field of martial arts and physiotherapy. While earning a BSc in Physiotherapy in 2008, he was already eight years into the rigorous training of martial arts. Starting out in the classical Kung-Fu in 2000, he then moved on to WingTsun in 2003 and never left. Today he finds himself not only as the founder of CityPhysio Wil, a physiotherapist practice, but also as a martial arts school leader at two locations across Switzerland. Holding a 5th master’s degree in WingTsun, Samuel has paved the way for his students to delve deeper into the realm of a non-violent form of physical combat. His passion and dedicated service to both fields led him to complementary therapy in 2018. This discipline opened him up to a more holistic understanding of the body and how it can relate to the universal concepts of sacred geometry. It is with this work in mind, combined with a lifetime of experience, that this book was born. In his free time, Samuel built himself a campervan which he considers a second home, exploring nature every chance he gets.
