Dr. Conner is a Registered Lactation Consultant of IBLCE (International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners), and an accomplished and highly dynamic professional and has more than 10 years of experience working in a variety of professional industries, including local and state government, Community-Based Organizations (CBOs), Local Boards of Health (LBHs), Faith Based Organizations (FBOs), and public and private health agencies, and conducting research geared towards social change among historically disadvantaged and underserved populations. Dr. Conner is the founder of B.R.E.A.S.T 4 BABES, Inc., Executive Director of The BLACK Collaborative Inc., and owner of Racial & Health Equity Services, LLC, a health equity and lactation justice activists, breastfeeding advocate, an experienced breastfeeding mother of 10+ years combine & a US Navy Veteran.
