Ian K Shreer

Hello! I'm Ian Shreer, and I've spent over 25 years leading exciting projects across industries like finance, government, and utilities. Originally from the UK, I moved to Australia in 2011 with my wonderful wife, and we've loved every moment of our journey here.

In my career, I've had the pleasure of working with fantastic teams and companies, including leading a large program for the Queensland Department of Justice and Attorney General. I'm passionate about building solid relationships and believe that excellent communication and collaboration are critical to any successful project.

Alongside my work in project management, I'm also a children's book author. I enjoy creating stories that spark imagination and inspire young minds. Whether it's through adventurous tales or heartwarming characters, I love bringing stories to life for children and families to enjoy together.

When I'm not managing projects or writing books, I run 7 Steps Consulting, focusing on coaching individuals and teams to reach their full potential.
