Dr Don Middleton

After 25 years of Family Practice and academic leadership in Phoenix, Dr. Middleton moved into Addiction Medicine at the world-renowned Meadows Behavioral Health in Wickenburg, Arizona. He feels called to help churches better understand how they can support addiction recovery, and to offer new tools for that journey. His non-profit, "The Dunamis Initiative" supports churches, veteran and active military groups, and prison ministries.

He serves on the state board of medical trustees, on the board of Crossroads Rehabilitation, and as medical director of a series of men's health clinics in the Valley.

Don is a life-long Arizona resident and loves on his 4 children and 3 grandchildren with his wife Tracy.
