Devon Jeffers Valdes

Devon Jeffers Valdes grew up among the coastal plains of Georgia where her roots instilled in her a love for the south and its rich culture. Exploring the southern way of life through writing has become a passion of hers in fiction, non-fiction, and poetry.

Devon holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Valdosta State University and a Master of Arts in English from Arizona State University. She currently lives in west Georgia with her husband and two children and has built a career in the financial tech industry. Beneath the Smiling Moon is her debut novel.
