Grace Rivers, RDN, CDCES

Grace earned her Bachelor of Science degree in clinical nutrition from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center Allied Health Sciences School. A few years later she concentrated her efforts on diabetes and became a certified diabetes care and education specialist. During Grace's career she has worked as a registered dietitian nutritionist in long-term care, renal dialysis, home health, and diabetes outpatient care.

She is a member of the Association of Diabetes Care and Education Specialists and the Dallas Dietetic Alliance (DDA). She has served on the board of DDA and held several board positions, including president.

Grace and her husband live a simple life in the Dallas metroplex with their feline companion. They share a love of animals and the outdoors.
