Zoe Baraka

Zoe Baraka, a trained filmmaker and journalist, is an ardent African storyteller. From her early education at St John's preparatory school and Mfantsiman Girls Secondary School, she demonstrated a natural flair for storytelling that she honed with a diploma in journalism at the Ghana Institute of Journalism and a Bachelors in Documentary Film Writing and Directing at the National Film and Television Institute (NAFTI). While studying, she worked on popular Ghanaian TV series and shows, including 'Taxi Driver,' 'Home Sweet Home,' and 'Greetings from Abroad.' She has also worked on award-winning documentaries in both Ghana and America. She earned her Masters in International Business from St. Peter's University, NJ, USA,

She hosts the acclaimed weekly storytelling show, 'To My Younger Self,' where guests share personal stories shaping their current perceptions. Her dream is to curate personal stories from all 54 African countries, reflecting her passion for preserving and sharing authentic African experiences.
