I have been fortunate enough to have built and sold several successful companies from the ground up. However, the road to success was not always easy—in my 45+ years of management and leadership experience, there’s not a mistake or misstep I have not witnessed or made myself.

I believe my legacy is in what I can give back to the world daily and in the future, and this inspires me to share my learnings with you. Through Preparing for Greatness, I hope to help you achieve the successful business you dream of without having to encounter all the pitfalls and detours I did along the way.

Unlike others, I will never urge you to follow some twenty-step formula for success I pulled out of thin air. My focus is on getting you in the right mindset, not on fancy buzzwords. I am not here to educate you as much as to give you a road map of the process so your path may be easier than my own.
