Rafal Szaniawski

Rafal is a coach, mentor, supervisor and author who is passionate about helping others change, grow and thrive.

Rafal brings nearly 20 years of experience designing and delivering impactful people development programmes, first in house with major global brands and then as an external consultant and trainer. He also teaches, mentors and supervises coaches.

He partnered with numerous organisations to help them nurture their leaders. He devotes his pro bono time to support underserviced communities and his work is shaped by his life experience having lived in Poland, UK, Spain and now Switzerland.
