My career journey has been an incredible odyssey spanning various roles and responsibilities. I've transitioned from a background in publishing and graphic arts to marketing, sales, entrepreneurship, consulting, training, and teaching. This extensive path, while betraying my age, is far from dull.
Throughout the years, my life has been marked by my devotion to painting, music, and, above all, writing, which has consistently woven its way into the fabric of my existence. Writing became an all-consuming passion that I fiercely pursued, even as I navigated the demands of my career, financial pursuits, love, and the precious hours lost to the heavens, as De André would put it.
My writing journey commenced at the age of sixteen, driven by joy and curiosity. I authored my first book, "I gradini della strada," primarily to earn enough money to buy a motorcycle. I recently rediscovered it online, thanks to the Panizzi Library through the Reggio Emilia Municipality.
Following this, there were years of silence and distraction, filled with love, games, and passions that were no longer translated into words. Then, another significant milestone in my journey arrived: the world of social engagement and the nonprofit sector. My commitment to the third sector transformed my life profoundly. It marked the beginning of my long-standing career as an educator and trainer, resulting in dozens of published articles and countless hours dedicated to teaching.
During this time, I co-authored a professional publication, "Volontariato verso il 2000," with Franco Angeli. In 2015, I embarked on a collaborative project, co-authoring "Prove tecniche di aggregazione," a book on bank mergers. This was followed by "Pari dignità" in 2018, also focused on the same theme of mergers. Then, in 2020, a year marked by the pandemic and extensive writing, I co-authored two more books: "Il Modello Distributivo a servizio del business" and "C.R.M. Covid Relationship Management."
To conclude 2020, I authored "Italyinsmartworking," a solo venture. In 2022, my journey continued with the release of "Siamo uomini o caporali?" a book that explores the roles of leaders, managers, and executives. And now, in 2023, I have two more books set for release: "Più lavoro e meno stress - Il benessere organizzativo che fa bene all'impresa" and "La prima pietra - imprenditori si nasce, imprenditori si diventa."
Beyond non-fiction works, in December 2021, I achieved my first-place win in the National Literary Contest "Città di Jesi" with my novel "Il sesto sigillo." This is not the end of my journey; for over a decade, I have been collecting my thoughts, stories, and ideas in my blog, "Gradisca una madeleine."
