Stephany Cavalier Houghton

I am an artist, avid swimmer, and horseback rider, in love with the ocean, boats, and jets. Vacations allow opportunities to snorkel and dive. Music is everything to me. I study cello, classical guitar, and piano, and am the business director of the Sierra Chamber Society, featuring the best local artists like San Francisco Symphony members, and we commission new work. I lived and studied in Europe for a year, and I travel the world. I have especially loved working in Tanzania, Vietnam, Cambodia, Peru, and Nepal with the medical nonprofit, KidsCareEverywhere, bringing free medical software. Experiencing the world has strengthened my commitment to help bring about change. I scour the news for innovations under development and award them to my main character.
