JoDee is the Founder of Purple Ink and Powered by Purple Ink. She is passionate about helping organizations and individuals discover their talents, do more of what they do well, and find joy in their work. JoDee has a unique combination of experience as a CPA, CFO, and VP of HR. She has 30+ years of experience in HR and is especially passionate about training and speaking to inspire others. She is the creator of the JoyPowered® philosophy, an author of the JoyPowered® book series, and co-host of the JoyPowered® Workspace Podcast.
