Will Canu

Will Canu, Ph.D., is a Professor at Appalachian State University, where he works in the Department of Psychology and is most heavily involved in the Clinical Psychology Psy.D. program. He is a clinical psychologist and specializes in research, assessment, and interventions related to ADHD, and mainly in adults. He has been involved in this niche since 1997, when he worked as an assistant at the Duke ADHD Clinic. He completed his Ph.D. at the University of Texas at Austin, and that included a pre-doctoral Child/Adolescent Track internship in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at SUNY Upstate Medical University. He is licensed as a psychologist in North Carolina. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with my family and pets, getting outside in the beautiful Blue Ridge mountains or curling up with a good book or movie, playing or watching soccer, and gathering around a table and playing games.
